Standard HWBOT HW rules apply: 

• No ES hardware (unless specifically mentioned)

• No Server or Workstation or Mobile hardware (unless specifically mentioned)

• Single CPU sockets (unless specifically mentioned)

• Single GPU/Core (unless specifically mentioned)

Software Limitations:

• CPU-Z versions from 2.15 or newer, on older problematic platforms older CPU-Z versions are allowed

• CPU-Z tabs for CPU, Memory and Motherboard are required

• BenchMate 13.5 or newer

• GPU-Z version from 2.65 or newer for 3D submissions

• UL Benchmarks Systeminfo 5.90+ mandatory

AMD CPU:

- Stage 1 - CPU Frequency - 939-AM4 and AM5 (AM5 no bclock allowed) - 3 scores, one per socket

- Stage 2 - Cinebench - R23 - Single Core - AM2-AM3+ and AM4 - 3 scores, one per socket

- Stage 3 - SuperPi - 32M - DDR-DDR2-DDR3 - 3 scores ,one per memory type

- Stage 4 - Y-Cruncher - Pi-1b - 2-4-8 Cores - DDR3 - 3 scores, one per Core count

INTEL CPU:

- Stage 1 - Geekbench3 - Multi Core - S478 by CPU - 3 scores required

- Stage 2 - HWBOT x265 Benchmark - 4k - 2 cores by CPU socket - 3 scores required

- Stage 3 - Cinebench R15 - LGA1150 only - 3 scores required

- Stage 4 - 3DMark - Time Spy (CPU) - DDR4 only - 3 scores required

AM4 has very similar BCLK issues as AM5 Alby, I would recommend to also ban BCLK there for the AMD CPU-Z valid stage.

well I have hopes that the new CPUZ release will detect these bugged outputs... time will tell
