Ok, the same mem ratio/uncore freq quirk. I'm not an intel guy, but it seems incorrect.

I'm assuming this from the fact that uncore should be at least 1.5x times memclk, so minimum uncore on this screen should be 1343*2*1.5 = 4029MHz. One of these is incorrectly detected - mem divider or uncore frequency, most likely the first one, 'cause you're running stock cooler. Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

It looks more like 2:12 divider to me.

 

3189/1.5/2 = 1063 or exactly 1:6 (2:12 divider) with the bclk.

 

What's the vdimm you're using?
