Stage VI requires you to run 1 score with a 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8xCPU (cores). How you accomplish this is upto you. You can: - run an eight-core server CPU - unlock a dual core to quad core - run a dual quad core setup - ... I see "effective cores", but can't assimilate that. Same for X1, X2 and X6. Unlocking is allowed, but what about switching off cores? I guess not. Massman Posted November 9, 2011 Author Share Posted November 9, 2011 The PCMark7 stage is probably the one which requires the most $$ to compete (as you need 3 scores). However, I think you can work around that by having a team session and combine the SSDs you have. That's just team work. The AMD stage also requires some $$, but you only need one score per country.
