You must have a total of 2 cores after unlocking - you can unlock a Sempron to 2 cores, but you can't unlock a Phenom II X2 to 4 cores. I tried also running the CPU at stock clocks and it didn't work . But ... a few minutes ago i managed to make it work at win7 ! I played a bit with the windows services and i reinstalled the driver . It now works . I disabled the audio services and that's all At winxp this trick didn't work . At least i have a working OS .
