Don't you have a big vdrop with that lenght of wire? (I did same with GTX 580 and 0.1v + between idle and load...)

    the Epower problem is LLC ...to large voltage variations from idle to load, and some times can kill your benchmark run:) must be an solution hard modded the LLC pin on VT pwm ...

    I have start bench with 2100 memory but having a lots of artifacs drop it to 1950 with hot key. Maybe i can manage to run with 2100 but need some improovment to Epowers vdroop.
