Yeah, sat with it over an hour just wondering how to get it to power on...

 

Had it turned upside down, was inspecting traces on back of board to make sure I didn't cut one (was trying to remove NB heatsink yesterday, but it has horrid pushpins)...walked off with it left like that (24/8 pin plugged in) and when I came back it was running.
