January 1, 201312 yr The core is slow, but when more than one enabled, the cpu just doesn't clock so high.
January 1, 201312 yr Author Because of the temperature probably. Have you tried clocking down the second core to like 300mhz just to get lower temp?
January 1, 201312 yr 300 no, but 1000 - 2000. Other cores don't clock so well and even if more efficient than the first one, the difference in the frequency can't justify it. Will try it some other time, when I'm not in a hurry .

January 4, 201312 yr It has a huge vdroop and can't post with vdimm higher than 1.755V or so. uhh thanks for this information remember the Gigabyte 970UD3 is a low end mobo only 70/80€ so it's a good main performance/price...
