Decided to give this Vengeance kit a shot. I've had it in the office for a while now, and never really pushed. Country Cup gives me a bit of motivation to see how good they are.

1500 x-12-12-x on air is by far the best Samsung I've seen.

Too sad these kits are not available for mortals.

It's one of the kits binned for the Computex event, I think. Can't really remember where they came from, they've been sitting on the shelve for 6 months .

 

But yeah, those kits are just special bins. Not possible to find in retail, I think.

With tight subs I've gotten it to loop 18/19.

 

No optimization of subs in that 7min26 run. Seems like 4GHz low-clock demands low latencies, not high frequency.

I did 1472 MHz 9-12-12-19 1T in Quad Channel yesterday

 

Run 32m several times.

 

1500 in Quad Channel should be easy aswell.

Doing 1500 9-13-13 at ~2.4V is not hard even for "just above average" Samsungs, 1500 x-12-12-x is a totally different ballgame.

Agreed need some pretty good kits, I have 16 dimms to retest one by one after Country Cup.

 

On Haswell the best Dom Plats, need 2.00v to run 2872 9-12-12-16 with everything yoked out.

 

Due to the nature of Ivy E's IMC, I feel that it is much easier to run higher clocks, even in quad channel because it is not nearly as stressful as Haswell on the ram.

Mass how about an efficient run? You need to shave some major seconds show us the money

I have Value RAM G.skill RipjawsX F3-12800CL9-2GBXL can run 2800 9-12-12-15 2T 1,995V on Pentium G3220. I think need a better processor for try higher memory clock.

For memory clocking, I think the R4BE should be a lot better as it was tuned for IVB-E.

Isn't there a limit on the r4e for mem voltage? I couldn't set over 1.92 volt on my board..

Anyone got a spare set of 2666c10 dom or vengeance?
