I remember I had issues after 700mhz on gpu - performance dropped because of high clocks with no visual artefacts. Say, 690mhz was fine and 710mhz given me -70%.

Ah! Yes, same thing happened to me. I could push to 1GHz very easily, but the performance was in the toilet.

EDIT: 900MHz is the highest I have... and it's not a great screeny
