I just tried E5 1620 V2 and it's unlocked also, so I'm guessinng all UP Xeon procs are unlocked :)

 

so that one is like 4930k?

    @Allen, no sir e5 1620 v2 is a 3.7ghz but only 4c 8t unlocked xeon.
