i' m selling my second GOOD ram kit that can do on my config ( 4770K and Z87X-OC ) easily 1250 CL 8-12-8-28 1T @ 1.825v and tight subtimings...Maybe the chip are ELPIDA, BBSE for the high frequency reachable...

'064' serial numbers are not PSC, sorry.

This is most likely Elpida BDBG (or something similar).

Edit : I also thought those kits were Eplida and not PSC?

 

The RM kits can be both Elpida and PSC, but in this case 0640 is a clear hint that they aren't PSC.

Ok boys...I haven't take off the heathspred, but if you think they are ELPIDA it's OK...;) May be BBSE ? I red that GBRM are BBSE or PSC...So they are GOOD ELPIDA, and the frequency it's 1250 mhz CL8 !!!
