Quick Q :)

Apart from using 4x of the eVGA GTX285 Classified, is there any other way to run quad-SLI on the '285?

Thanks!

Are the rest of the GTX2xx completely limited to tri?

So, is a device ID trick the only way? :) I remember how eVGA did it, I was hoping that modern driver support had changed things or another vendor had come up with a solution :)

RANDOM idea.... what if the 285 ID association was changed in the driver to match the GTX295? What would happen if four cards are installed? (I don't have 4 cards here....)

OR......Could the eVGA tweaked BIOS be flashed to other cards?

Driver wise it will not work but a pcb mod can work (a la GeForce>Quadro)
