I have a submission here that is not assigning any Hardware Team Power Points, even though it is the best (and only) submission from anyone on my team.

I've tried to recalculate the individual ranking, and recalculating all of my submissions, but neither has worked.

 

And here is another submission for the same CPU (made by someone else) that has the same problem:
