No, simply kept running geekbench, and hoping for a lucky screencap/submission combo, and I got it the stress of geekbench (other benches/stressers should work here as well) tipped the turbo and speedsteps in favour of the 25x multi.

Turbo mode, only the first core is @ 5Ghz, while the others are at 21x
