Low BCLK adjustments results in a higher score, even if the RAM speed is the same. Odd? Also, pretty sure this beats the previous holder. Low BCLK as in, compared to my 4 GHz+ benchmarks where I turned it to 115/120 MHz.

The score was LOWER after overclocking with a similar RAM speed. Unusual.

So, BCLK overclocking ruins temperature monitoring in XTU - Works in HWMonitor.
