Inside EDIT OPTIONS :- There is posts per page, receive email for admin and other settings but no tickbox to enable OR disable private messaging.. @websmile

From USER CP Tab I got to this page http://forum.hwbot.org/private.php but how do I compose a message if I want send to a member ? On members profile page, under COntact info tab, there is no option to contact via PM. why ? Thanks.

Hey, I just registered. Why can't I access/send/receive Private messages ? Do I have to fulfill something before I gain access to PM feature ? Thanks.
