X10DAI is a dual cpu mainboard, Is this still a single CPU score?

I tried adjusting turbo boost in BIOS but when I check the settings in XTU it shows default boost. I'm trying to reduce Current/EDP throttling while boost is enabled...

Enabled the Haswell-e option in Asus BIOS. No obvious effect as of yet.

UTX does not do anything for this motherboard and CPU combination. it must all be done in BIOS. I havent tried underclocking the RAM to get the Bclk higher..yet.

Bclk set to 103.0 Auto voltages TurboBoost: Yes No speedstep and no hyperthreading

Would you please share notes on your BIOS configuration? I am having trouble with the integrated memory controller which does not like overclocking memory above 2133. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
