Looking at the official datasheet (https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/hardware/raspberrypi/bcm2711/rpi_DATA_2711_1p0_preliminary.pdf) the chip is noted as a BCM2711.

As far as I'm aware Intel said that the CPU's show ware not provided by them so they cant/wont do anything about it. But that's just what I heard... But still that's a pretty shit thing to do.

Try disabling Cortina and other windows 10 bloatware there's a script on github for it. Might help you get that 2000
