A weird EPYC CPU (OEM/Retail?), I got my hands on.
AMD EPYC 7D12 || 32core @ 3GHz
- This is a 85W SKU with supposedly a custom IO Die.
- Max settable power limit is 125.0W, after a power limit of 105W the overall performance drops ?.
- CPU Multiplier seems unlocked.
- Only 4 Memory channels are available, and only Samsung LR and R ECC Dimms are working.
- Infinity Fabric clock is locked at 1200MHz
- No Multi CPU support.
