AMD can't use XTU

I think the admin should change "XTU" to "CPU % OC" as mentioned in the overview.

 

Another rule i think should be applyed under the "CPU % OC" is that the CPU can't be under 30 degrees celsius,

just to make everything fair between Aircooling and watercooling.

I can see that the Stages have been changed, but the rules remain the same old ones. The rules really needs to be changed too.
