My specs:

i5-6500 cooled by cryorig h7

ASrock z170 pro4s

G.Skill ripjaws v series ddr4 2400 mhz 2x8 gb Ram

EVGA gtx 1060 ssc (overclocked to 2152 mhz stable, ran it down to stock for purposes of cpu overlocking)

samsung evo 850 boot drive

WD 500 gb storage drive

I am using the guide located at ASRock Z170 Non-K Overclocking Guide - Overclocking.Guide

I downloaded the UEFI update and placed on my flash drive and flashed my UEFI. Now when I go into the UEFI and start to change any setting, the UEFI seems to freeze. I can still move the mouse and see the cursor move on screen but the UEFI does not respond in any way. No changes should be made during the process because I'm not saving any of the features. I simply change the CPU core voltage from auto to fixed and enter in a value and the UEFI stops responding, or I change the bclock from auto to fixed it will stop responding.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
