Strong result! Have you tried 4000 ratio and booting like 98.5 bclk and raising to 100.1 in OS? Can probably do lower tRFC, too.

By booting ~2.7 bclk lower than I run in OS, I can run 49 cache ratio as well. Delta may be different for higher frequency.
