It's only bclk. Range depends on your board. Otherwise it's just all-core turbo unlock. If you're not familiar, start e.g. here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n70kVysFM3E. This guy has an easy guide with all the tools needed.

Hehe, it's the X99 WS, solid board but no OCF like tools. No, still TDP limited, guess there's no way around that...
