July 28, 200915 yr Author I know overclocking a laptop is not recommended, i just want know if there's a program that supports my chipset..if i keep a low voltage (my default vcore was 1.125, now I keep 1.025 stable with burntest) there will be no problem...My vga is a bit cpu limited, i need only 10/15% more to get 7000 p.ts at 3dmark06

July 29, 200915 yr Crew you could try if you can set the fsb in windows with setfsb. it worked on my 3 year old laptop.
July 29, 200915 yr Author unlukely my bios is locked (H.P.), and my chipset isn't supported by setfsb, neither clockgen or amd overdrive work...I'm looking for a similar program that works with m780g
