Results I submit in a forum gets submitted on hwbot as a 2nd ID

I post my scores in a couple of forums, but I guess this is happening with only one forum, Techenclave is the name of the team.

 

I upload my scores manually to hwbot, then a few of them I post on the forum techenclave sometimes. Now these are coming in the global rankings with a new ID, thebanik (Techenclave) and that too ahead of my similar scores that have been submitted manually.

 

I dont think this should be happening in the first place, since my ID exists and I am with some other team, how are they able to use the score??? Now what should I do to remove those scores????
