Points not showing up on my account

Anyway, for the last two or three months every time I make a submission the points do not show up in/on my account. It shows that I have gained points on the result page, but on my profile page it does not register me as having gained any above the previous amount and/or does not increment upwards by the necessary amount.

 

Also, it is not registering submissions for my team power points either, it is currently showing me as having 23.8 points when I should be around 40-45+.

 

I have tried recalculating my submissions several times, but it has not helped, and in fact every time I've tried it my HWTPP's have been reduced to somewhere between 0-10.

 

I even tried resubmitting results manually to try to get my points to show back up, which worked for a while but even then points started disappearing from my account after either a few minutes or a few hours, despite the fact that none of my results had gone down or been beaten by anyone.

 

Anyway if someone could look into this, and fix the problem if possible I would greatly appreciate it since it's rather annoying to make multiple submissions and have zero points show up (especially if it's a really good score).

 

Frankly I'm baffled by this.

as for the team power points ->

 

if someone from your team has a better submission (for example super pi 1m with a p4 2.0ghz) you don't get team power points for it.

only the best submission in a team with a certain cpu\mobo\vga gets team power points.

but you get hardware points for your result.

Yes, I know this. My problem on the TPP side is I have multiple submissions where my score is higher than anyone else on my team and yet it still does not assign the points to my account, and in these cases I can go to the page for whatever piece of hardware and can see the team score next to mine and see that mine is better.

I should be around ~45 points, but my account only shows 36.7 total.

Well, my account is still doing this.

 

Made 3 submissions between yesterday and today but my account doesn't show any increase in points.

 

It only seems to add points from new submissions when/if I gain global points for a benchmark. Then in that case it calculates all of the points that were missing from previous submissions. One time I submitted and gained global points, at which point it recalculated and added around 20-25 points to my account.
