Cant upload to HWbot

Howzit fellow overclockers

I'm having a problem uploading screenshots to HWbot. I can upload to my local websites and other websites but for some reason i can't upload to HWbot. I have tried re installing firefox, I've tried using normal Internet explorer and I've tried logging in and out to no avail. Anyone got any Idea why this is happening all of a sudden? The only thing thats changed since i last submitted was I Upgraded my 3G modem to a newer model. And I have re installed my modem and that didn't work either. Any advice or help is appreciated

When i click submit it shows that my pc is trying to upload the screenshot, But from there nothing happens it just stays there and says sending request to HWbot.org and then gives me some java error if i leave it for too long

Okay rich it seems the problem is resolved now it just takes a minute or 2 to upload thanks for the help

Lol my internet is 7.2 mbps HSDPA 3G internet so its not slow at all. the error i get is this:
