Manage Signatures on Profile , Causes Error , Help !!

I try to edit my signature on my profile, but causes error on java , can anybody help me ?

More questions are that I change Language on my profile , between English and Spanish , but not change , and more , try to change options on profile , and don't changes on my profile.
