Bot support : How Do I Get All My Global Points Back

I was planing to take a break a few weeks ago, so I thought i\'d tick the \"I do not wish to participate in the HWBOT rankings\" box. However all that happened was that about half my global points disappeared, so I thought that was a waste so i\'ll un-check it. However after doing that all my global points disappeared. I checked and all the submissions are still there, however only my hardware points are being counted. I then tried the re-calculate scores button, didn\'t work. As I was not going to be overclocking for a bit I didn\'t worry about getting it fixed at the time, kinda hoping it would work itself out. I\'m planning to start again in the next few days and would really like this fixed, thank you.
