How does 0°C work out without extreme cooling solution? or is it a sensor bug? or outside on the Balcony in the winter (close to extreme cooling)

Thanks so much :D Till end of this week i´m limited by my PSU x-) TDP of both cards is 400W + Sytem idle roughly 150W equals 950W... But my PSU only brings 850W, new one is ordered and on the way. So next weekend I probably hunt some ms ^.^
