  1. Hi everyone, I am new here and I am wondering if anyone can tell me what is a good OC on an i5-4690K with a z97 motherboard? 4.4 (1.22v with Adapter mode on) or 4.5 or 4.6? I ran it yesterday at 4.6Ghz and if I recall voltages were around 1.379v. Not sure if that is to high for that chip. Thanks!
