    johni5 i could be wrong but the comp says the 9800gtx is allowed but it does not mention the 98gtx+ which you are using.

     

    still getting the same error when i try to use an 8800gts 512.

    We could blame this on you but it`s most likely our crappy coding skills. You could try again or nudge our developpers for fixing this.

    I would stay on -20c ambient but the problem is that heatpipe coolers do not work under ~ -2c.

     

    At -10c ambient i have same load temps that i get on +25c ambient.

     

    i found that the fatter heatpipes of the ifx (and silver arrow) can work better than the thinner ones at low temps but they give up around -8 :/

     

    cold air ftw, not like these pussies with ln2 or cascades :P

    No need to spend a lot of resuorces, just change "use SiSoft Sandra 2007" in Sisoft Sandra submission rules to
    There are no points given to the Sisoft benchmark and, by general consensus, everyone can choose the version he or she wants for the best result.

    I have no idea in this personal case.

    But if there is evidence either way, which you've certainly hinted to Massman, then why don't you say/show it.

    Cos you don't want the hassle?

    This is your job Massman, you get paid to do it, so do it.
