i use pt3 bios and special gpu tweak, but can't set frequency more than 1300

This afterburner modded by slamms from Taem Russia.He is working without reference 7970 and lightning.7950 on reference or another pcb design doesn't work.I've checked this in april.If anyone can unlock this - just do it
