Regardless of if it's allowed I don't think there's any s771 board that use normal ddr2 and fbdimm is classed as a different mem type so couldn't be used in this stage.
There are dual boards with 5100 chipset which use registered ddr2, and they are not rare at all. But surprisingly there are virtually no results for this chipset on hwbot. I think this stage is perfect opportunity to change this situation.

What would happen when you compare strap 400 2:3 vs 5:8 vs 3:5?
If it's not bugged then 2:3 < 5:8 < 3:5 in terms of speed, but if it's bugged then 2:3 ~ 3:5 < 5:8, isn't it?

AMD Cinebench 2003 DDR1 - are multiprocessor s940 systems allowed? Some other stages explicitly disallow more than one cpu so I assume - yes?
Intel Cinebench R23 DDR3 - are DDR3 LGA2011-3 boards with xeons allowed?
What does it mean "2 submissions required" for these stages? Different cpu in the same mobo is OK?
-
0_o 94 MHz PCI, really?
-
Model 9 -> III (250 nm)
Model D -> III+ (180 nm)
This is III+.
III without + at 600 MHz is close to impossible to even validate cpu-z without subzero.

Insane fsb!
Congrats!
What is the max fsb with enabled L2 cache?
-
Nice!
XX.75 are possible too?
-
Afaik P54 (and P55 too) do not have x1.0 multi physically, must be cpu-z bug...
-
If you are lucky you can have ~400 3-2-2-1 @2.1V with fatbody.
But usually they need more volts for it and not all can work at 3-2-2-x

as slow as a 486DX4-100?
i only have a 387 fpu but 487 fpus will own that challange
edit: oh without. sry i read "with" first time
without might be interesting, too. i have a 486SX 25. but best would be a 486SX-2 50, right?
AMD produced SX2-66.
But the best should be UMC 40 MHz (esp. at 50 MHz), they are all without FPU
but in integer ops they are much faster than regular DX/SX.
Isn't it offtopic?

@frag: some nice ideas but PCMark 2005 is crap to me >_<
I think it can be quite cool to run dual PIII-S with DDR, HD3850, SSD or ACARD =)
-
Some silly ideas:
Socket 7 - MaxxMem Bandwidth
Slot 1 - wPrime 32m, dual setups are welcome!
Socket 370 - PCMark 2005, dual setups are fine
Socket 462 - Low-Clock challenge, 32M under one hour or similar
Socket 432 - Reference Clock
Socket 487 - 3DMark2001, any videocard, mobile CPUs with ct-479 are fine too =)
Socket 754 - Memory Clock
Bonus category:
SuperPi 1M on a CPU not produced by Intel, AMD, VIA (Cyrix before C3 is OK).
-
There was another version of adapter: to slot 1.
I have mobile Pentium II 400 (Dixon with 256KB on-die cache) on it.
-
There was no mobile Coppermines with 133 bus.
And it has no sspec, and markings are wrong for this type of cpu.
It's fake made from 500MHz one.
Poor cpu was overclocked twice, first time somewhere in China =)
-
I think ~3 days is possible for DX2, and ~5 days for DX =)
-
Mem Stage 4: at least 284.7 MHz was done:
http://hwbot.org/submission/2270548_ivanov_reference_clock_nf7_284.74_mhz
-
Then for GPU Stage 6 current record is this:
http://hwbot.org/submission/918362_bull_3dmark03_2x_chrome_s25_ddr2_8947_marks
=)
-
Hmm... thus all these results are in whong place...

I don't think it's cpu-z problem,
I have Banias 1.7 and cpu-z correctly shows it, I'll make screen today evening.
edit:
you can see it here

Hi!
Why this category
http://www.hwbot.org/hardware/processor/pentium_m_1.7ghz
is named 'Pentium M 1.7 Banias' when all results in it actually made with Dothans?
Banias and Dothan have strong differences in L2 cache sizes (1M and 2M) and tech processes (.13 and .9).
Thanks!

Have you tried using software to OC the system bus?
The PLL on my MVP3 boards has 103MHz setting that I can only access using software. :-)
Good idea, just haven't time to try, leaving for vacation tomorrow.
Good luck!

After a lot of search i finally find good mobo for 'edo' stage.
It is a FIC VA-503+ based on VIA MVP3 chipset.
It has 4 simm connectors and capable up to 124 MHz fsb with 1:1 to memory.
But the main reason was: cpu-z can correctly show memory type (EDO) and frequency!
My 60-ns sticks have maximum working freq. between 100 and 112 MHz (next jumper setting).
At 112 windows cannot boot.
Lucky Star 5MVP3 might be also a goot one, mine have dead keydoard port.
Some notes on WinNT 4.0 sp6: surprisingly it has no mouse emulation through num keypad (and i've lost my com mouse lol).
And mose strange: printscreen doesn't work for some reason, i have to search and use ancient screenshot utility.
I wrote it here because it's too long for submission comment and gives 'Data too long for column 'system' at row 1' =)

Ok, problem with ST6E solved: actually cpu-z doesn't work properly witn fsb: ram: pci = 3:3:1,
and shows corrently with 4:4:1.
This is the only submission I have made with EDO so far:http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1277286
as you can see CPU-Z doesn't recognize the RAM (or much else). It might work better with newer boards though as that particular board & CPU is ancient.
I tried with amd k6 setup (aladdin 5) ant p mmx (430TX), it also doesn't show memory type.
May be dimm edo witn 440BX will be recognized properly?
Waiting for custom cpu-z wersion?
Or how we can participate in stage 3?
-
Today i tried my Abit ST6E (i815), 175 fsb stable,
but unfortunately cpu-z can't show even 1:1 mem divider...
Time to blow a dust out of TUSL and cross fingers?
By the way is it possible to make a cpu-z submission with EDO ram at all or not?
Seems to be it isn't support entirely, who had success with it?

Is 478-775 adapter allowed (hope it's not because it would give huge advantage and it's hard to get)?
