Update -

After some deep Interweb searching. I found what to appears to a copy of the page from overclocking.guide on a Korean site, containing MSI NON-K bios for Z170 chipsets including the MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X I was looking for. Confirmed this BIOS is working and can overclock i5 Skylake to 4.4 Ghz
