    if its lower than fifty percent , there is a problem:

    - "Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile" not installed

    Or

    - ".NET Framework" buffers overflows and solve with restart system

     

     

    this program run under 90% load of CPU

    and using a lot of processor cache

    then results between core i7"4 core / 8 thread" processors AND core i5"4 core / 4 thread" are close

    because the architecture of cache so similar in core i5 and core i7 CPUs
