Tested under dice and it works 3d at :
5.9 Ghz @ 1.58v (boot at 1.55,maybe lower) Vccin @2.120v and Ring at 5400 @ 1.4v
5.7 Ghz @ 1.45v Vccin @ 2.050v
5.5 Ghz @ 1.35v
I will try to push it further in the next session.
I don't want to fry it ...yet.Under Ln2 it acts differently ?
It might be golden CPU if it scales and has CB -120C and lower

I have access to these 3 i7 4770k chips. If I had to pick one what's my best bet? They're sealed so I'd really like to pick the best without opening the others. They're are all Costa Rica, and there doesn't seem to be much data in the op's spreadsheet on these style batch numbers.

Bump for good memory. I saw here some members sold worse memory than I'm selling. But price was the same as mine.

I tested many L310B488, i got about 4 x 6.3ghz cpu's out of about 9 because that batch is just so good.
costa rica's i have tested about 7 - 8 and this one was just lucky.
overall tested about 40 cpu's probly from various batches, and found + - 10 ok cpu's and 3 very good ones
Have you tested all that CPUs under LN2?

didn't test, because I haven't enough time. Usually I test at 2600 7-12-7 and don't test with lower frequency
