Yeah, I re-benched all X299 yc with the chiller, this was the first one... It stll has a little headroom if VDIMM goes high enough. The 7800X that we benched last summer hates everything >1.64v which is annoying. Not yet tested how good this one goes. Anyway, time for you to replug this one with new YC

It's only bclk. Range depends on your board. Otherwise it's just all-core turbo unlock. If you're not familiar, start e.g. here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n70kVysFM3E. This guy has an easy guide with all the tools needed. Hehe, it's the X99 WS, solid board but no OCF like tools. No, still TDP limited, guess there's no way around that...
