You need to run Physics and Combined to get a Valid link (Along with WHQL driver) anyway so I assumed it'd be overall score that counted and not just the GTs but looks like that isn't the case here.
Yeah mate. Long time no see. Time to dust off the well loved FX. :D
Long time no see btw -

Ohhh, I wouldn't go that far.
Watch overclocking tv's commentary on his scores. Everyone got surprised that an Extreme League member topped the charts for a day or two.
"A name we can't even pronounce" crap.
I'll just it here then.
This isn't Elite-Envy.
When an Elite is beating Extreme League guys on X265 and Cinebench I am just thinking of them as his way on tweaks around stuff. Makes it dubious now.

Any software or human interaction altering the perceived speed of the benchmark program, tricking it to believe it ran faster.
Changing the OS clock during a benchmark run is the very definition of "human interaction altering the perceived speed of the benchmark program" specifically for the intent of "tricking it to believe it ran faster"
Doesn't matter what league the user is in, doesn't matter what rank the user holds.
There is no excuse for this action that is acceptable.
As soon as this vulnerability was discovered it should have been reported to HWBot so that it could be addressed instead of exploited for personal gain.
That is just to generalize things up.
If we go back to where this transpired, I think you will agree with the idea that BIG NAMES get away with these crap more often than the smaller guys.
-
What would've happened if he was an Elite tho?
For smaller guys, it's easy to call it a cheat. But for the BIG Names, aren't we calling them TWEAKS?
-
So what's the conclusion on HWBOT X265? Render time as basis?
I saw a score once that has been bugging me. Same render time but more than 2 fps faster at 4K.
With 200 MHz lower reported clock too.

Thanks Mass!

What's up with that?
Almost every X265 Stages have the issue.
-
You see, the issue with new-blo0od-only-stages is that, one can be a rookie, then become another and another.
At least 3 results look hideously the same sans the CPU from 3 different new guys which I believe is technically done by a single guy..
Well, at least he's a new guy
P.S.
rookie mistake SS and rig pics
-
And ohh, you also need GPU-Z Tab for the score to be valid. Plus a picture of your rig.
-
Do you mind bumping the CPU a bit more than 4500?

Can anyone point me to these rules?

I wonder if anyone can even a round against OCN if he has been doing LN2 on his subs! lol
Johndoe is simply dedicated to win but not by cheating.
Fact is, some guys in the past posted some nasty scores and clocks not attainable with ambient cooling yet cover themselves with monstrous radiator set-up. Common sense will really help you understand which is cheating and which is legit.

A good way to steal the top spot.
-
By the way, on Stage 5 3DMark 05.
How do we seperate entries for an AMD CPU and GPU?
Can we do an FX 8350 + R9 290X as an entry and have another one with an FX 8320 + 290X? Should this be allowed or we should need completely different sets of both GPU and CPU?
-
What sorcery is this?
Nice run Sarge.
-
Yep. That's a better proposition.
-
Wow!
This plot seems to take away a Fair Level Playing Ground.
Skylake-only-stage will mean ZERO Points for some team..
-
Nice one Mirza. Great run.
You'll be a Novice soon. Looking forward...

Score submitted for the stage is the GPU score, however you need to fully run the benchmark to get the VALID link...
Opps sorry for the missed quote. All good on that query @leeghoofd. Cheers!!
