Can't open CPU-Z on WIN XP with MSI Z97 MPOWER

Hi boys,

 

i have some issues to open CPU-Z on my MSI Z97 MPOWER and 4790K. It' s all OK on WIN 7, but not on XP. I installed CHIPSET and MEI DRIVERS from ASUS, but when i open CPU-Z it arrive to MONITORING scan and then BLOCK.

 

Someone can tell me WHY ?
