am a newbie at this. learning over the last few years tinkering around. but i notice that you can get your pc performing alot better without the need to raise your cpu speed. for instance ive seen 1 setup with 993marks @4.4ghz but. then seen a setup marks 1,014 @4ghz. so are the marks wrong. or in this case is the 4ghz setup performing far much better than the 4.4ghz setup. ? pls am very interested and need to learn this stuff. :)
