Hello, how did u get that clock speed soo stable without boot crash ?

i tried to overclock it on my Z97-MsiGaming5 but it crashes on bootup !

i have A R9 280 Msi . HyperX 16 Blu Fury Ram . And a 600 Cooler Master PSU !!

Any Help To me to get it 3.9 Ghz ?

And Did u turn off the OC GENIE or NOT ?
