Hey i have water cooling system but the same cpu. My MB is msi x99s game 7 motherboard. Am i able to overclock like yours?

Can you tell me one thing. I have tried to overclock my cpu to 4.0MHz however after 10m or so it gives me the blue screen of death. The voltage is set to default. Can you tell me at what voltage should the cpu run at in order to overclock my 5820K cpu to 4.0Mhz.
