Can't get above 400 FSB : P5KPL - E8500 - 2GB Transcend 800MHZ

Specs:

 

Asus p5kpl-am in/roem/si

Intel dual core E8500 1.3 volt

1x 2gb transcend cl 5 800 mhz 1.9 volt

 

My problem is, when I clock above 405FSB Windows wont boot, my hdd isn't recognized anymore. (there's no option in the bios to lock PCI bus to 100MHZ)

 

Is there some way to solve this problem.
