All x99 chips should fit on an Asus boards or any other boards as long as it's a socket 2011-3 and of course BIOS needs to support Xeon procs, so you might want to check their CPU support list.

There is a bit weird situation: officially this cpu is not on the list: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/X99A/helpdesk_cpu/

but it is not listed for X99 DELUXE also, but it works: http://www.anandtech.com/show/8730/intel-haswellep-xeon-14-core-review-e52695-v3-and-e52697-v3

Guys in the asus-x99-motherboard-series-official support thread said there is no reason that retail E5 2695 v3 not supported, they are sure it is. But they have no clue about ES chip, saying it may be different.
