i7-5820K or i7-5930K

Hey guys,

 

I'm looking for a good i7-5820K or 5930K. Should be able to be cooled by air at 4,5 GHz (so Core Voltage should be at 1,20 ± 0,01 Volt @ 4,5 GHz).
