Hardware sharing question

If I get together with a group of people and we lend each other memory and chips and stuff does it count as sharing or is it only sharing if 2 people post scores with 2 identical systems. I'm asking because I wanna try setup an irl overclocking club and sharing hardware would be a noce way to lower costs.
