PS. yep, that is mine card and it had torn off both these caps, so I replaced them with nice polymer quality caps & I added filtering caps on the bottom. Result - from 100/125MHz default clock it can go to 163/195MHz w/o breaking a sweat and w/o heatsink on the GPU that become *VERY* hot...
