Only 639 Marks with a i7 4790K

I recently upgraded from a i7 4770k to a i7 4790k. I got with my old 4770k about 1000 marks but now with the new 4790K i get only 639 marks. Can someone help me to get those 1000 marks back? I added a picture of my tunings. Please guys help me!

    I had actually did benchmark my system before with the same CPU and the same motherboard but i got 990 marks. Now i used the same tunings, but still getting 623 marks and not the 990 marks. Whats the problem??? Im confused. Is it in the bios the problem?

    So i added two pictures again on the first one you see i got 990 marks with the same setting s like in the seccond one, but i got in the benchmark this time only 623 even less than with the default setting from intel-_- Please help me.
