Cold related problems with VR's on gfx

Featured Replies

EDIT: Forget about that.... problem seems to be somewhere else...

Hey guys,

i' run in a bit of trouble with the v-mods on my 275 Lightnings.

The cards got ocp, vgpu and vmem mod on it.

Testet the mods while running on air and everything seems to be okay.

So, when i am goin to pull down the temps, the cards stop running.

When rebooting, the vga bios gets loaded but a few secs later, i am getting a CMOS Error.

All mod have an on/off switch. If i switch the mods to off, the card is running normal under cold.

Could it be possible, that the VR's dont like it cold?

They are placed on the backside of the cards between the power connectors and the pot.

Any help would be much appreciated .

Thx for reading
